GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR GROUP BOOKINGS

The booking deposit will be charged to the credit card to guarantee the reservation, once the client has provided the details, through this same page.

A) CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS OF 5 TO A MAXIMUM OF 24 PERSONS

In order to guarantee the reservation, the credit card provided will be charged the deposit corresponding to the number of people in the reservation. The charge will be 25 euros per person.

VAT and taxes included, except for the bank commission.

In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded in full, as long as the cancellation is made within 48 hours before the day of the booking, e.g. booked time at 10 pm.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.

B) CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS OF MORE THAN 25 PERSONS

In the event that the group (25 people or more) decides to cancel the reservation, they must give at least 72 hours notice, otherwise the establishment will retain the amount withheld.

C) REDUCTION IN THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE AGREED UPON

In the event of a reduction in the number of people agreed for the reservation, the same notice must be given, otherwise the amount paid for the cancelled diners will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT: To confirm the reservation it is necessary to accept the cancellation policy established by LA DISPENSA by means of a confirmation email from the interested client.
